# 账号二审

亚马逊有一审和二审之分，一审可以理解成审核注册卖家是否有注册销售权限，通过率较高，只要注册成功了就代表一审通过。二审就比较难，这也是很多卖家不想面对的。亚马逊二审的全称是Bad Actor Prevention（简称 BAP），是在一审的基础上，针对一些疑似关联、资料异常、登录异常的账号，合规性进行进一步的审核和验证。

## 触发原因

1. 注册的阶段就遇到二审；
2. 已经开始正常销售，然后遇到二审。

新账号差不多有 50% 的概率会遇到二审，大部分情况下遇到二审就只能放弃这个账号了。但是其实是有办法降低二审的概率的。

## 降低二审概率

1. 使用亚马逊全球开店进行注册（招商经理注册）；
2. 在填写办公地址和注册地址的时候不要搞混了；
3. 新账户注册不用使用 VPN 或者超级浏览器进行注册；
4. 信用卡已经激活，并且可以正常扣款，建议信用卡激活成功之后去超市先刷一笔；
5. 注册前最好先确定是否可以提供办公地址相应的水、电、煤气、网络费用等账单；
6. 注册成功之后不要随便更改任何账户资料。

第五点尤为重要，二审如果无法成功避免，但是我们如果能提供相应的资料，二审也没有什么可担心的。另外就是在审核的过程中尽量获得账户经理的协助。

## 二审资料

以下所有资料都不能缺角，四个角一定要全部露出来，彩色照片或者扫描件。

1. 办公地址所对应的公司的法人名字为抬头的 90 天内的水、电、天然气或者互联网账单；
2. 营业执照；
3. 身份证正反面（两张相片要做在一个文件中）

如果无法提供法人名下的账单，那可以提供能开具账单的亲戚的名下的账单，如：夫妻，同一户口本上的成员
